Scrambled eggs with zucchini and shrimp skin
Method:
1. Beat the eggs with salt and break up the zucchini slices. Pour oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, pour in the egg liquid and fry until it forms. Set aside and saute minced garlic until fragrant.
