2. Drain the washed mulberry and put it in a cool place to dry.
3. For white wine brewed at a temperature above 50 degrees, three or two mulberries are used for one catty of wine. If yellow rice wine is used, half a catty of mulberry is used for one catty of yellow rice wine.
4. Soak the dried mulberries in wine, and put the wine jar in the shade and seal it. Soak for a month and you can drink it.
