Old bird and gourd. The scientific name is Luosu. Aspergillus is a perennial twining herb of the family Aspergillus, with latex. The leaves are opposite, ovate and heart-shaped, 5-10 cm long, 3-6 cm wide, apex acuminate, backside pink-green, hairless; leaf stalks 2-5 cm long, with clusters of glands at the top. Racemes are axillary, with long total pedicel; calyx is pubescent; corolla is white, nearly radial, with pubescence on the inner surface; corolla is cup-shaped, 5-lobed; style extends into a linear shape, longer than corolla. Stigma 2-lobed. Follicles are solitary, long-horned and spindle-shaped, 8-10 cm long, 2-3 cm wide, smooth. The flowering period is from July to August, and the fruiting period is from September to October.
