How to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii
1. According to the fruiting temperature, it is determined that the cultivation season should choose the season when the temperature is 20℃ ~ 32℃, that is, the middle of May ~ l0 is suitable for cultivation.

2. According to local conditions, the formula of abalone mushroom needs rich quick-acting nutrients to show high yield. This paper introduces several high-yield formulas for mushroom farmers' reference.

(l) 85% of cottonseed hull, 15% of bran, 0.2% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.2% of magnesium sulfate.

(2) 40% of straw, 35% of sawdust, 20% of bran, 5% of corn flour, 0.2% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.2% of magnesium sulfate.

(3) 40% cottonseed hull, 45% straw, 10% bran and 5% corn flour.

3. Cultivation methods At present, the main method of abalone mushroom cultivation is bag cultivation, and generally polypropylene or polyethylene bags are used to produce mushrooms at both ends. Each bag of dry material lkg has a water content of about 70%. Because its hypha spawns more slowly than Pleurotus ostreatus, it is required to spawn completely, the culture material is fully matured, and the inoculation procedure should be strict to reduce the inoculation pollution rate. Immediately after inoculation, put a cotton plug and tie the bag mouth. In the process of spawning culture, it is necessary to adjust the spawning temperature to speed up spawning, reduce pollution and improve the yield. When the hyphae are full of bags, many black spore stalks appear at the bag mouth, and the bags can be opened to produce mushrooms.

4. Cultivation management: Move the mushroom bag to the greenhouse or mushroom room to open the bag, open the bag mouth and turn it over to the material surface, and use wall-type bag arrangement. If the temperature is higher than 25℃, the bags are separated by 2 ~ 3 cm, so that they can be ventilated to cool down. If the temperature is low, the bag can be tightly packed to increase the thermal insulation performance. Reduce the light in the cultivation place appropriately, increase the ventilation, keep the air humidity at about 90%, and spray water 2 ~ 3 times a day. Before the mushroom buds appear, it is necessary to gradually increase the amount of water spray, but never let the mushroom cover accumulate water and form water spots. Generally, it takes about 68 days from mushroom bud to harvest. When the fruiting body grows until the mushroom bud is slightly involuted and the spores are not mature, that is, it is harvested in time when it is 7 ~ 8 years old. If the spores are harvested after ejection, the whole mushroom cover will become soft and slightly bitter. When harvesting,-hold the culture material at the mouth of the bag with your hand, and gently rotate it with your hand to pick the mushroom body. After harvesting, remove the residual mushroom roots at the mouth of the bag, stop spraying water for1~ 2 days, let the mycelium grow again, and then start watering and moisturizing to promote the growth of the second tide mushroom body. After 10 days, the second batch of mushroom bodies began to grow. In the appropriate temperature range, the fruiting period is 60 ~ 80 days, and the biological efficiency is 70% ~ 100%.
