The practice of duck pot hot pot?
Blanch the duck in cold water (ginger slices and cooking wine are ok, but I don't like cooking wine)
Stir-fry the duck meat in an oil-free hot pot, then add ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and chicken powder, stir-fry for a while, then add boiling water until the duck meat boils, cover the pot and stew for 15 minutes (when seasoning is put, the fire will not come over).
The bottom of the pot is lined with cabbage and onions.
Pour the duck into the pot and sprinkle with sesame oil and coriander.
Cover and simmer for a few minutes (duck meat is almost the same as other side dishes, and the more you cook, the hotter it gets)
