1. Mung beans are soaked in clear water one night in advance and poured into a large mineral water bottle.
2. Sprinkle water on mung beans from time to time two or three times a day, and remember to put a black cloth on it quickly every time.
3. When the mung bean sprouts are born, there must be no light around.
4. Look how tall the bean sprouts grow. It will be done in five or six days.
It's harvest time, put your hand into the bottle and take out the mung bean sprouts bit by bit (use a big-mouthed bottle, otherwise you can't reach it).
6. A big pot full of natural mung bean sprouts, share it with friends and neighbors.

1. Wash mung beans with clear water, and pay attention to remove all floating beans when washing. These are immature or deteriorated beans, and their germination rate is extremely low.
2. Cylinder, or large plastic box, or other containers (the material doesn't matter, it can be clean, and the bottom can be drained), spread a layer of clean sand with a thickness of about 5CM, and evenly spread a layer of washed beans that have been foamed and cracked on the sand, not too much or it will be easy to break. Uniformly cover the beans with a layer of clean sand with a thickness of about 1CM.
3. Water several times a day to keep the humidity, but don't let the water stay.
The bean sprouts will arch out in a few days. Wash the sand away in clean water.

2. The drainage of the container is good. Never let the beans soak in the water, but keep enough humidity.
Don't let the beans see the sunshine, or they will turn green immediately. Covering with sand can avoid the sun. If you are not at ease, you can cover the container with a lid.
