Preparation Bacardi rum, lemon, brown sugar and of course a lighter
How to do it: In a mixing shaker, pour ice, Bacardi dark rum and mix thoroughly, then strain and pour into a shot glass with a lime wedge at the mouth, sprinkle brown sugar over the lime wedge and put 1-2 drops of Bacardi 151 rum on top, then use a lighter to ignite the brown sugar.
The blend of Bacardi rum, lemon and brown sugar has the aroma of the base spirit, the tartness of the lemon and the sweetness of the brown sugar.
