How to make sesame seed cakes?
Dissolve the yeast and salt with water, add it to the flour, and knead it into a smooth dough. I use Low-temperature fermentation, in fact, normal temperature is fine, but it is really good to use low-temperature fermentation for the first time. The specific method: cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and ferment it at room temperature for an hour. Find a sealed bag and put it in the bag. Apply oil and put the dough in, deflate it, and it is best to seal it. I didn't seal it completely, and it rose well. Adjust the refrigerator temperature to 5 degrees and let it ferment overnight. It will be ready for use the next morning. Take it out and let it rise for 30 seconds. After more than 1 minute, deflate the dough
After deflating the dough, divide it into three pieces and roll it into pancakes
Put in the meat filling, coriander, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce Mix evenly in the basin
Put the meat filling on the pancake, fold it and change it into a pancake, use a fork to make some small holes
Put it in the oven, no need to preheat if there is hot air. Bake at 230 degrees for 15 minutes
After baking, take it out and grease the front with oil, then put the meat filling on top
