Mushroom roast duck:
Ingredients: 2 duck legs, 500 grams of taro, pepper, pepper, ginger, onion, garlic, cooking wine, red bell pepper, salt and a glass of beer.
Method:
1, duck leg cut into 1, 5cm, mushroom taro cut into 2cm pieces for later use;
2. Blanch the duck pieces and the mushroom taro separately, and add cooking wine to remove fishy smell after the duck pieces are blanched;
3. Add oil to the wok. Saute pepper, pepper, ginger, onion and garlic, add duck pieces and stir-fry for 5 minutes;
4. Add salt, mushrooms and solid-free broth, add beer, simmer for 3 minutes and cook for half an hour;
5. Add chopped green onion and bell pepper to the pot for color matching.
