How to Make Crispy Roasted Pork
Ingredients
Pork 250g
Wine 50g
Ginger 5 slices
Salt 5g
Spices 1 packet
Garlic 5 slices
Peppercorns 5g
White Vinegar Moderate
Black Pepper Moderate
Honey moderate amount
Methods/Steps
Select a piece of pork with good texture, cut it into suitable size, add ginger, garlic, pepper and spices to cook the pork, and skim off the floating foam when the water boils. The meat can be soaked in water for a while to make it more flavorful. Remove the meat and wipe off the water with kitchen paper.
Poke holes all over the skin of the meat, then rub a layer of white vinegar on the skin, then a layer of black pepper and a pinch of salt, and finally a layer of honey.
Wrap the pork in tin foil and bake it in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes, then take it out and brush it with a thin layer of honey and test it for another 20 minutes until the skin turns golden brown.

Slice the pork skin downwards into 0.5cm slices, and you will have a crispy, flavorful and delicious roast pork.

Note
When grilling the pork, be careful not to take too long, and grill it until it is golden brown.
Make sure to brush the honey at least twice so it stays flavorful and fresh.
