Take out the popcorn dough, which is basically in this state and slightly dry. Add about 20-30 grams of water according to the situation, and then the dough will be in this state. Dough can be used directly, and it can be changed after a while.
The third step is to divide the corn dough into large portions. I divided it into six portions, which is convenient to eat. Just hold it in my hand and cook it in a pot. Pour a proper amount of vegetable oil into the pot and simmer the pot over low heat. Just stick it all over the bottom of the pot. Try to use a frying pan, so that it can stick better. Roll tortillas into long strips with sharp ends.
Then flatten it. Thin ones are easier to make, so I put the tortillas in the pot one by one, and remember to put them on a slow fire when putting them, so that they turn red completely. When the bottom of the tortilla is fried with a yellow shell. Pour in the right amount of water, and I added 400mL up and down. Don't let go of half the tortillas.
Step 4, cover the pot, bring the fire to a boil, and turn to a slow fire. When you hear a tingling pain in the pot, you should pay attention. At this time, the water in the pot is almost used up. If you are not sure, you can open the pot and observe. When all the water is collected, you can turn off the fire. It's best to cover it for a minute or two, and it's ok to cook it immediately. Tip: Make tortillas in a wok. Don't need a fire. Bread is easy to paste in a hurry, and it is not easy to send it down.
