Ingredients: Kudzu powder, warm water, boiling water.
Accessories: sugar, honey.
Proceed as follows:
1. Prepare the kudzu powder first, boil the water, and let it dry in a little warm water.
2. Use warm water to dissolve the kudzu powder. The amount of warm water should be as small as possible, just enough to dissolve the kudzu powder.
3. Stir evenly and check whether there is any powder. If there is powder, continue to stir until evenly mixed.
4. Pour in the boiling water, stir continuously and observe. Stop pouring the boiling water when you find that more than half of the arrowroot powder in the bowl has become translucent.
5. Except for the fragrance of kudzu root, the wild kudzu powder soup does not have any sour, sweet, bitter, spicy or salty taste. You can add sugar or honey to taste when eating. The final product is shown below.
