5. Wrap the tofu in tinfoil, not too tightly. Put the tofu in a cool place to ferment for three days, open the tinfoil once a day to change the air. (Three days after the tofu will have mucus on top, if the temperature is high enough there will be yellow hairs on the fermentation success, but if you find black spots on the tofu means that the fermentation failed to be thrown away)
