1. Ingredients: appropriate amount of lentils, appropriate amount of vegetable oil, appropriate amount of chicken essence, appropriate amount of red pepper, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of white sugar.
2. Remove the useless heads and tails from the fresh lentils you bought, wash them and set aside.
3. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add washed fresh lentils and cook until ready.
4. Remove the cooked lentils and place them on a clean plate for later use.
5. Take 2 of the hottest red peppers, wash and cut into small pieces and set aside.

7. Put the chopped red pepper and minced garlic into a clean bowl and set aside.
8. Make the sauce: In step 6, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, salt, cooked vegetable oil, sugar, and water, stir together and set aside.
9. Pour the prepared juice slowly into the plate and add the flavor to the cooked lentils.
10. Stir evenly before eating. In this way, the simple and delicious lentils are ready.
