Same as prednisone .

Dosage and usage

1. Oral administration: 0.75 to 6 mg per day, divided into 2 to 4 times. The maintenance dose is 0.5 to 0.75 mg per day. 2. Intramuscular injection (dexamethasone acetate injection), 8 to 16 mg once, once every 2 to 3 weeks. 3. Intravenous infusion (dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection), 2 to 20 mg each time, or as directed by your doctor.

Precautions

1. Taking a large amount may easily cause diabetes and Cushing-like syndrome. 2. Long-term use may easily cause mental symptoms and mental illness. It is best not to use it if you have a medical history or mental illness. 3. It should be avoided or used with caution in patients with ulcer disease, thrombophlebitis, active pulmonary tuberculosis, and intestinal anastomosis. 4.
