Morphological features
Annual herbs. Achenes long ovate, 5-6 mm long, 3-angled and 3 longitudinally furrowed, upper angles acute, lower rounded and sometimes undulate-toothed, black-brown, lusterless, longer than persistent perianth. Flowering June-September, fruiting August-October.
