Steps to Make Oven Version of Roasted Lamb
1.? Fresh leg of lamb cut into cubes, it is not recommended to cut too small pieces.
2.? Mix all the seasonings salt, white pepper, cumin powder, cumin granules, chili powder into the lamb cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour.
3.? Place tin foil on a baking sheet and brush evenly with oil.

Tips
