Material: 500g of Jiangxi rice flour; 3 grams of laver; Luffa 1 root; Two eggs; 50 grams of peanut oil; 2 grams of salt; Soy sauce10g; Thirteen smells a little.
Step 1: Peel the loofah, wash it and cut it into hob blocks.

Tip: Rice noodles are similar to Guangdong rice noodles. When boiled, they will be cooked. Cooking for too long will affect the taste. You can also use other powders instead, and dry products need to be soaked in advance.
