Ingredients: 3 sausages and 2 eggs.
Seasoning: 500g of soybean oil (actual oil consumption 50g), 0/5g of salt/kloc-,5g of sugar, and proper amount of dry flour.
Step by step:
1, first cut the ham sausage into thick slices and put it in a bowl for later use;
2. Break the eggs, add proper amount of salt, sugar and dry flour to make egg paste. Then put the cut ham sausage into a pot and stir it evenly;
3. Pour the oil into the pot. When the oil temperature reaches 100℃, hang the egg paste on each ham sausage and fry it in the oil pan until golden brown.
