Chocolate Mochi

Ingredients Preparation

200g Mochi premix, 1 egg, 75g milk, 20g corn oil, 10g cocoa powder, Chocolate beans as you like

How to make them

Knead the dough first:

1. Put milk and eggs in a basin and mix evenly;

2 , pour in the corn oil and stir.

3. Pour in the mochi premix and cocoa powder and mix them together with chopsticks.

4. Wear gloves, knead and knead to form a uniform dough.

Wrap into mochi

5. Shape into a dough of about 20g, roll it into a round shape and flatten it.

6. Spread the chocolate beans on the dough sheet.

7. Fold the four sides and pinch them.

8. Form into balls.

Roasted mochi

9. Line a baking sheet with oiled paper and place the doughed mochi evenly.

10. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
