About 20 days or so, the grape flesh are turned into grape juice, basically all the grape skin without meat state.
2. In addition to find a container, with gauze filtering fermented grapes, the grape pomace with gauze rubbing pressure no juice, the pomace will be thrown away, and then filtered out of the juice poured back into the original container, if you want to make the wine through the sweet, you can put a little honey syrup, cover to continue to ferment, you can no longer stir, about 2 weeks, and then filtered through the gauze, bottled and refrigerated to eat.
