How to roast saury with salt (oven version)
Wash saury. Saury is clean and soft, so it doesn't need scraping. Cut open the stomach, put your fingers into the head and body of the fish, and take out the fish's internal organs. Rinse the fish room with water. If the head is preserved, it is recommended to remove the gills.
