The home cooking method of braised lamb ribs is as follows:
1. Cut some lamb ribs and set aside.
2. Boil water to blanch the lamb chops to remove the fishy smell.
3. Turn the ribs over a few times and turn off the heat when they change color completely and take them out.
4. Fry garlic, cinnamon and peppercorns in hot oil.
5. Add lamb chops and stir-fry, add cooking wine and salt.
6. When there is no water left in the stir-fry, add the braised soy sauce, stir-fry until the color changes, and add an appropriate amount of water.
7. Simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes to reduce the juice and turn off the heat.
