3. Express holds a C2 or above driver's license and has a driving experience of more than 1 year. The private car must hold a C1 or above driving license and have driving experience of more than 3 years;

4. Agree with Didi’s corporate culture and management philosophy, accept the unified management of Didi headquarters, strictly implement Didi’s charging standards, and maintain Didi’s public image;

5. Franchisees must hold an ID card, driver's license, and driving license, and have the spirit of hard work and the courage to fight.

DiDi luxury car driver requirements

1. Aged 23-45 years old, with driving experience of 5 years and above;

2. Good image and temperament, strong Affinity, standard Mandarin;

3. Optimistic, positive, enthusiastic, and service-minded;

4. No safety accidents, and strong professional ethics.

5. Currently, luxury car driver recruitment is only for Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hangzhou.

DiDi luxury vehicle requirements

1. The model should be Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Audi A6 and above, and the color should be black or dark;

2. The vehicle is less than three years old, has no obvious scars or modifications, and has a driving mileage of less than 100,000 kilometers;
