1. Ingredients: 15g fish roe and 1 egg.
2. Accessories: 5g of starch, 3g of salt, 2g of cooking wine and proper amount of oil.
3. First, clean the fish roe and put it in a bowl for later use.
4. Knock in an egg.
5. Chop the fish roe with chopsticks and spoon, or crush it directly by hand. Add salt to adjust the taste.
6. Add a spoonful of starch and stir until there is no starch pimple and it is sticky.
