Steps
1. Soak the fungus and cut into thin strips, blanch in boiling water and set aside.
2. Red pepper shredded, onion peeled and shredded.
3. In a small bowl, pour the vinegar, season with salt, brown sugar and mix well into the sauce.
4. Pour the sauce over the fungus and onion.
5. Sprinkle in red pepper, season with sesame oil and mix well.
