Sharing of Six Tiramisu Recipes
1. Mango Passion Fruit Tiramisu
Finger Cookies:

3. Soy milk tiramisu
4 egg whites, 10g cornstarch, 4 drops of lemon juice, 40g sugar, 4 egg yolks, 100g cake flour.
Tiramisu: 200g mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, 135g homemade soy milk, 200g whipping cream, 40g powdered sugar
5g gelatine sheets .
4. Matcha Tiramisu
Matcha sugar liquid: 3g matcha, 10g sugar, 150g hot water.
Finger biscuits: 4 egg whites, 10g cornstarch, 4 drops of lemon juice, 40g sugar, 4 egg yolks, 100g cake flour.
Cheese paste: 50g sugar, 40g water, 50g egg yolk, 150g mascarpone, 10g rum, 150g light cream.
Classic Italian Tiramisu:
Tiramisu: 93g egg yolk, 129g sugar, 36g water, 15g gelatine tablets, 6g dark rum, coffee wine, 15g mascarpone Peng 8g light
Cream 348g.
Finger biscuits: 4 egg whites, 10g cornstarch, 4 drops of lemon juice, 40g sugar, 4 egg yolks, 100g cake flour.
Add appropriate amount of cocoa powder for surface decoration.
5. Mojito Green Tiramisu
Tiramisu: 93g egg yolk, 115g sugar, 36g water, 15g gelatin tablets, 430g mascarpone, 420g whipping cream Mojito syrup 25g.

Mojito syrup: 60g water, 30g sugar, 30g lime juice, 30g mint leaves, 8g brandy, 15g (heat all ingredients except brandy, mix well and cool to 40°, add brandy and filter out mint leaves)
6. Mojito Green Tiramisu
Tiramisu: Egg yolk 93g white sugar 115g water 36g gelatine tablets 15g mascarpone 430g whipping cream 420g mojito syrup

Finger biscuits: 4 egg whites, 10g cornstarch, 4 drops of lemon juice, 40g sugar
4 egg yolks, 100g cake flour.
Mojito syrup: 60g water, 30g sugar, 30g lime juice, 30g mint leaves, 8g brandy, 15g (heat all ingredients except brandy, mix well and cool)
Add brandy to 40° and filter out the mint Leaves are enough).
