Glutinous rice flour 350g
Pork 250g
Dried tofu 500g
Scallion
Ginger
How to make dried tofu and pork dumplings ?
Wash the dried bean curd and cut it into small cubes and set aside
When the water in the pot boils, put in the wrapped dumplings and add water three times until all the dumplings float up to the surface to be served.
Mince the pork
Clean and chop the green onion
Stir fry the minced meat in a hot pan, then add the dried tofu and sauté, season to taste, and then remove from the pan and set aside to cool
Add a pinch of salt to the glutinous rice flour and mix with warm water to make the flour
Knead repeatedly to form a dough
Squeeze the flour and use your thumbs to shape it into a funnel
Put the stir-fried and cooled stuffing into the funnel
Then put the stuffing into the funnel. After frying and cooling the filling, put it into the funnel
Roll it into small dumplings

Make sure to use lukewarm water to mix with the glutinous rice flour
