Fresh milk mochi
Ingredients?
Tapioca flour 20g
Milk 200g
White sugar 15g
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
An appropriate amount of ice cubes
An appropriate amount of chopped peanuts
An appropriate amount of sesame seeds
An appropriate amount of raisins

How to make it?
200g milk, 20g tapioca flour, 15g white sugar. Mix this mixture in a pot and heat over low heat.
Stir constantly and keep the heat on low throughout. The whole process takes about 1-2 minutes. What's amazing is that you will find that it does not gradually become thicker, but instantly turns into a smooth paste at a certain point in time, and then stirs for half a minute. p>
In this state, you can turn off the heat and take out the pot.
Put it in a bowl to cool, then refrigerate to cool down.
Cook a small dumpling, just buy ready-made ones.
Put the small dumplings in cold water after cooking.
Add water at the bottom of the pot and 3-4 tablespoons of brown sugar to dissolve.
Start assembling and pour the brown syrup into the bowl.
Add plenty of ice cubes.
Fresh milk mochi and dumplings.
Finally sprinkle with your favorite ingredients, I added chopped peanuts, sesame seeds and raisins. Personally, I think it would be delicious if you add some osmanthus.
This recipe can be used hot or cold. If you want it hot, just replace it with hot brown sugar water.
The taste is simply amazing.
