1. First prepare stuffing materials, such as chicken breast, pork, water bamboo, shallot, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, clear water and sesame oil (edible oil).
2. Put the chicken breast, pork, water bamboo, onion and ginger together in a blender, add a little cooking wine and soy sauce, and break it into a paste (add a little water in the blender, so the meat won't burn wood). Add some sesame oil or cooking oil for taste, so don't add too much. Then add some chicken essence to adjust the taste and stir it clockwise for a while.
