Practice 1, slice garlic, wash sauerkraut and shred, wash coriander and cut into sections.
2. Wash and cut the goose, blanch it with boiling water and remove it.
3. Heat the oil pan, pour in the goose pieces, add pepper, aniseed, salt, chicken essence and soy sauce and stir-fry until the goose is cooked.
4. Take another oil pan. When the oil is hot, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in goose, add a little salt, stew the broth for 10 minute, and sprinkle with coriander.
