Shangzhi auricularia auricula is a geographical indication product of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province. The range of origin is Zhenzhushan Township, Weihe Town, Yabuli Town, Shitouhezi Town, Yuchi Township, Qingyang Town, Lianghe Town, Yimianpo Town, Laojieji Township, Mayan Township, Hedong Township, Changshou Township, Yuanbao Town, Heilonggong Town, Shangzhi Town, Maoershan Town and Wujimi Township 17.
Auricularia auricula is one of the "black, white and red" industrial chains of Shangzhi agriculture, and Shangzhi is known as "the hometown of Auricularia auricula in China". From the initial artificial cultivation of fungus on wooden rafters, to the hanging bag cultivation after joint production and contracting, to the triple jump of field cultivation now, the production of Shangzhi Auricularia auricula has been realized on a large scale and industrialization.
Shangzhi city has a long history of developing Auricularia auricula industry, which was one of the main collection places of wild Auricularia auricula in Northeast China before liberation. In the 1970s, large-scale artificial cultivation of Auricularia auricula began. At present, the edible fungi industry in shangzhi city has formed a scale, showing a pattern of industrialized development with big scientific research, big base, big processing, big circulation and big brands. The Weihe auricularia auricula market, which was newly built last year, has now become one of the larger auricularia auricula distribution centers in Northeast China, attracting merchants from all over the country.
Shangzhi Auricularia auricula has strong antibacterial ability, no pollution, unique nutrition and excellent quality. In the China International Edible Mushroom Cooking Competition held before, Shangzhi Auricularia auricula was designated as a special product. "Pearl Mountain", "Wujimi", "Yabuli" and "Xuedu" are the four green brands of Shangzhi auricularia auricula, and 30 auricularia auricula processing enterprises process 32,000 tons of 53 varieties in four series every year. Among them, three brands have won national and ministerial famous brands, and six brands have won provincial excellent brands. The products are exported to Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, the United States and other countries and regions, accounting for more than 80% of the export volume of edible fungi at Dalian Port.
