Second, cultivation techniques. Potting time can be used all year round. However, it is best to plant seedlings from the garden in autumn. Choose strong seedlings, take more soil when raising seedlings, remove old leaves, and cut off the root system of seedlings by about 10 cm. Let the roots stretch and plant them in the pot soil. The planting depth is based on the principle of not exposing roots or burying hearts. The soil should be compacted and the seedling position should be fixed, so that the soil surface is 3-4 cm away from the bowl mouth. After planting, water it, keep it in the shade for 3-5 days, and then move it to a place with plenty of light.
Third, fertilizer and water management. Four-season strawberry blooms and bears fruit many times in 1 year, which consumes a lot of nutrients and needs to be supplemented. Animal hooves, fish bones, poultry viscera, bean cakes, etc. It can be fermented with water to make liquid fertilizer or topdressing compound fertilizer. Topdressing is usually done once a week. Outdoor potted plants should be watered/kloc-0 every morning and evening. When watering, water should be heated before use. It is forbidden to water directly with well water or tap water.
Fourth, seedling management. Plant management should be strengthened for potted strawberries. First, timely thinning buds, picking leaves and removing stolons. High-grade flowers that are about to fail should be properly thinned in the bud-spreading period. Remove old leaves, residual leaves, diseased leaves and redundant stolons, reduce nutrient consumption and improve fruit quality. The second is to shape the fruit. That is, make fruit racks with different shapes with iron wires or bamboo sticks, and put them into flowerpots to erect fruit ears, so that the fruit ears are ventilated and transparent, and the fruit color is even, so as to prevent soil from polluting the fruits and reduce the harm of pests and diseases. At the same time, stolons can also be used for artistic modeling to improve the ornamental value. Third, take corresponding comprehensive control measures to control pests and diseases.
Fifth, change pots. Potted strawberries will bear fruit after 2 years, and the pots or soil should be changed after the fruits. When changing pots, first take the plants out of the pot, cut off the old roots, dead roots and old rhizomes, and then plant them in the new pot soil.
6. Temperature and humidity. Generally, the temperature of potted strawberries should be 20-25℃, and the room temperature in winter should be above 15℃. The flowerpot should be placed in a ventilated and sunny place to keep the soil moist.
