stir-fry goose eggs
My relatives raised a flock of geese, which coincided with my return to my hometown in the spring equinox, and my relatives kindly sent some goose eggs. I have never eaten goose eggs. When I asked my friends, they all said that goose eggs have a heavy smell and a rougher taste than eggs, so I didn't make steamed eggs, but scrambled eggs. It tastes good.
