Ingredients
Ramen noodle cake 1 piece
Cooked egg 1 piece
Tomato half
Carrot 3 slices
Broccoli 2 pieces
Cooked beef 3 slices
Cooked sesame seeds a little
Seaweed 2 slices
Colorful peppers half
Methods/Steps
1. Cut the cooked egg in half, slice the tomato, and cut the colored peppers into thin julienne strips and set aside.
2. Boil 500ml water, add ramen noodle cake, stir with chopsticks to disperse, strain out the noodles when they change color, and put them into cool boiling water for spare.
3. Boil 500ml water, add vegetable packet and sauce packet according to your taste, cook briefly; add chopped tomatoes, carrots and broccoli, and pour into a large noodle bowl.
4. Lift the noodles into a large noodle bowl, arrange the broccoli, carrots, sliced beef, hard-boiled egg, seaweed, colorful peppers, sprinkle cooked sesame seeds and green onions.
Precautions
Don't use the water used to cook the noodle cakes, it contains a lot of fat, which is not good for your health.
Put the noodles in cool boiling water to make them more robust.
With small dishes, it can be more delicious and add nutrition.
