Solution:

1. Try changing to a USB computer interface. If it is plugged into the front USB interface, you can try changing to the interface behind the host.

2. Restart the computer, turn on the reading pen and then turn it off again.

3. Try changing the USB cable. You can also try the mobile phone data cable at home.

Another method

1. There is dust at the USB port. Since the USB interface on the Xiaodaren reading pen is not covered, dust may enter during daily use. When the Xiaodaren reading pen cannot be connected to the computer, you can first try to take a thinner cotton swab and gently wipe the inside of the USB interface.

2. Use the original data cable. Although the Xiaodaren Reading Pen has a miniUSB interface, which is similar to the data cable of an Android phone, not all Android data cables support data transmission with the Malo Xiaodaren Reading Pen. Please try to use the original data cable of Xiaodaren reading pen.

3. The USB interface is not in good contact. The Xiaodaren reading pen has green and red indicator lights. The red light is on when charging and the green light is on when data is being used. After confirming that there is no problem with the data cable, you can try to gently shake the two ends of the data cable connecting the computer and the Xiaodaren reading pen. Sometimes the poor contact of the data cable will cause the Xiaodaren reading pen to be unable to connect to the computer.

4. The computer does not support this hardware. When encountering this kind of problem, please try to restart the computer first. If the problem still exists, please try to replace the computer.

5. You can also try using a sharp object to press the "reset" button on the back of the Little Master Point Reading Pen, and then try to connect to the computer after about 3-5 seconds.
