Grilled halibut ?
Halibut cleaned (length 50cm, 3 pounds, the smallest I could buy)
Sprayed with wine, soy sauce, garlic and ginger
Baked in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, then coated with barbecue sauce, put green onions and sprinkled with sesame seeds
Can be put in a lunch box if you don't have enough to eat, and it looks great
They can be used as a snack.
