How to Boil Shrimp
1.
Soak the peppercorns in cold water ahead of time
2.
Wash the shrimp and cut off the long whiskers
3.
Soak the peppercorns and pour them into a cooking pot along with the water in which they were soaked
4.
Add as much water as necessary, cover the pot and cook until the shrimp change color
5.
Ginger and garlic chopped in a bowl, to be chopped, not chopped
6.
Add soy sauce
7.
Add balsamic vinegar
8.
Add sesame oil and stir well as a seasoning sauce
9.
Shrimp cooked, drained and served with sauce
