Material: 1 chicken.
Accessories: dried lotus leaves, dried mushrooms, radishes, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, a little ginger slices and a little onion.
Operating steps:
1. Wash the chicken, evenly spread a layer of salt on the surface and gently massage for 3-4 minutes.
2. Brush the chicken with a layer of cooking wine and then with a layer of soy sauce.
3. Stuff the chicken with mushrooms, carrots, onions and ginger slices.
4. Wrap chicken with soft lotus leaves.
5. The tea leaves are covered with yellow mud (1- 1.5cm thick).
6. Wrap it completely in tin foil.
7. Dig a hole or put a beggar chicken, firewood or charcoal fire in the stone pile for 2 hours.
8. When the time is up, open the cans, clods and lotus leaves and eat them directly.
