Steps
1. Take five eggs, separate the whites from the whites, and divide them into clean containers without water
2. Sift the low-flour powder through the sieve
3. The egg whites should be whisked until an inverted triangle is formed in the part of the whisk that the beater head dabs on
4. Stir the egg yolks with the sugar and mix well, add oil and water, and sift the low-flour powder into the yolk batter. Take one-third of the egg white paste and gently mix it into the egg yolk paste
5. Mix the egg white and egg yolk paste from step 4 into the remaining two-thirds of the egg white paste, stir evenly, and then pour it into a parchment paper-lined baking sheet
6. Bake in the oven at 170° for 15 minutes and 190° for 5 minutes (my home oven temperature is high), remove from the oven, and invert the baking racks to cool
7. Spread evenly with strawberry sauce
8. Wrap with greaseproof paper and roll up.
