How to prepare filling for yellow croaker dumplings
Ingredients
500g yellow croaker
2 eggs
1000g cabbage
100g green onions
50g ginger
50g sesame oil
30g soy sauce
A small amount of thirteen spices
A little salt
50g cooking wine

Chop the yellow croaker into minced meat and marinate with cooking wine To make it, chop the cabbage and add a small amount of salt to remove the water. You can wrap the cabbage with cloth and knead the water out.
