Milk can be selected in this way, depending on these aspects:
1. Look at the composition table. Simply put, the simpler the ingredient list, the better. A good milk ingredient list only contains raw milk, which means that it is pure milk without additives and has high nutritional value. And if there are ingredients such as raw milk, the more ingredients, the worse. Try to choose milk with short ingredient list. If you see pigments, flavors and preservatives in the ingredients list, you can't choose.
2. Looking at the contents of protein and fat in the nutrient composition table, the content of protein in the EU standard is 3.0g/ 100ml, while the domestic standard is 2.8g/ 100ml. If the protein content of milk meets one of these two standards, it is generally good, and the fat content should be above 3.0g/ 100ml.
3. Look at the treatment method, whether it is normal temperature milk or pasteurized milk. Normal temperature milk is heat-treated at high temperature, which may remove some nutrients while sterilizing. Pasteurized milk will not be like this, and it can better preserve the nutrients and active factors in milk. Although normal temperature milk is easy to store, pasteurized milk is better in freshness, taste and nutrition.
