Hui people generally refer to the Hui people, all of whom believe in Islam. According to the regulations of Islam, Muslims fast pigs, horses, donkeys, mules, dogs, all animals that have died by themselves, and all birds and animals with ugly images.
The ethnic origin of the Hui nationality can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty. It is generally believed that the Hui nationality was formed in the Ming Dynasty, the Yuan Dynasty was the preparatory period for the formation of the Hui nationality, and the Ming Dynasty was the last period for the formation of the Hui nationality. Hui people all over the country also participated in the struggle against imperialist aggression in different forms. The May 4th Movement and the establishment of the China Producers' Party pointed out the direction for the complete liberation of the Hui people.
