How to make suitable cherry wine by fermenting cherry wine with whole juice
1. Make cherry wine at home. If you don't want to soak in white wine, you can also get cherry wine by fermenting cherry pulp. When making, you must prepare 3~5 kilograms of fresh cherries, wash them, dry the surface moisture, remove the fruit stalks, and then put them in a cool and ventilated place to dry 1~2 days.

2. Prepare a large, sealed glass bottle, disinfect it with white wine, then put it in the sun to dry the water inside, put the processed cherries into a clean glass bottle, and put a layer of rock sugar on the top layer, so repeatedly put rock sugar on the top layer, the cherries can't be completely filled, and the glass bottle is only about 80% full.

3. Seal the bottle mouth, put it in a warm environment and let it ferment. After the expiration of 10 day, you will find that the cherries inside have softened and a lot of juice has appeared. If you continue to ferment, you will see many bubbles on it. The cherry wine in it can be fermented in about a month. After taking out, the filtered liquid is put into a glass bottle for secondary fermentation, and the cherry wine can be fermented in about 60 days.
