3. Seal the bottle mouth, put it in a warm environment and let it ferment. After the expiration of 10 day, you will find that the cherries inside have softened and a lot of juice has appeared. If you continue to ferment, you will see many bubbles on it. The cherry wine in it can be fermented in about a month. After taking out, the filtered liquid is put into a glass bottle for secondary fermentation, and the cherry wine can be fermented in about 60 days.
