Fried zucchini with garlic
Wash the zucchini, break it from the middle and cut it into thick slices. It tastes better when fried. Mash garlic and chop it.
Soy sauce+cooking wine+salt+sugar+water+starch, mixed into a bowl of juice.
Heat wok, add salad oil, 2 tbsp. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until yellow, and add zucchini slices and stir-fry until soft. Boil a bowl of juice and pour in sesame oil and vinegar. Stir well and serve.
