Wash the crabs and pumpkins!
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces
Have you cleaned up all the inedible things inside the crab? Just cut it into half, don’t break it too much
Heat the oil in the pan, add the green onion and ginger slices and sauté until fragrant. Add the cleaned crabs and stir-fry. Add the pumpkin pieces and stir-fry for about 3 to 5 minutes. Add the stock or water to cover the ingredients
Add the seasonings and start simmering over low heat?
You need to stir-fry a few times, otherwise the pumpkin will easily burn to the bottom!
When the crab and pumpkin are cooked and the soup thickens, you can turn off the heat
