1. Preparation materials: 800g of salt, 22 goose eggs, and moderate amount of high-alcohol liquor.
2. Wash the goose eggs and dry them.
3. Prepare a pot of water to boil.
4. After the water is boiled, pour the salted salt in several times, stir until the salt is completely melted, turn off the fire and let the salt water cool.
5. Wipe the goose eggs with high-alcohol liquor, put them in a container and cover them overnight.
6. The next day, pour the cooled brine into the container. When the salt water does not pass through the goose eggs, pour a layer of high-alcohol liquor on it and seal it. Seal it with plastic wrap and cover it.
7. Date and marinate in a cool and dry place for about one month.
