How to eat dried bamboo shoots?
I am rich in bamboo shoots here. First, soak the dried bamboo shoots thoroughly in water, then cook them in water until they are boiled, and then slice them or shred them. When frying, you need more oil. Add some garlic and stir-fry them in a hot pan. We generally don't cook soup here because they are dried. If they are already sliced, you can fry them in oil, and then pour some soup, which is also delicious (this practice requires bamboo shoots to be tender).
