Location: On the radial edge of thumb, at the border of red and white flesh.
Function: increase spleen yang, eliminate spleen dampness, dispel spleen cold, stimulate appetite, eliminate cold phlegm, relieve fever caused by cold pathogen, and stop cold cough and cold asthma. Spleen soil is a hot acupoint, which is forbidden for those with heat in the body.
Manipulation: bend the thumb and push it to the heart, from the tip of the thumb to the root of the thumb, which is the tonic method. When the spleen is yang-deficient, the tonic method is used for 3~ 10 minutes.
07 Neibagua point
Location: On the palm of your hand, take the palm as the center, and make a circle with the radius of about 2/3 from the center to the middle finger root. The eight diagrams are on this circle, which are the eight divination areas of Gan, Kan, Gen, Zhen, Xun, Li, Kun and Dui respectively.
Function: Reversing the eight diagrams in the left hand can reduce qi, eliminate phlegm, relieve cough and asthma; The eight diagrams in the left hand can lift qi, which is used for deficiency of yang, hyperappetite and sagging of viscera caused by qi stagnation.
