Ingredients: chicken legs, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, green onions, pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence, spicy sauce.
Steps:
Step 1. Clean three chicken legs, dry the surface water, and chop into larger pieces

Step 8. Add water equal to the chicken pieces into the casserole, then add light soy sauce and a little dark soy sauce. After boiling, cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring a few times in the middle. Prevent sticking to the pan
Step 9: When the juice is reduced over high heat, add the green onions and stir-fry

Tips:
1. Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes before adding ingredients to the pot. The chicken pieces will be more flavorful. You need to use pepper and soy sauce. 2. The chicken is easy to cook. The chicken should be simmered in the pot for 15 minutes. If the simmering time is too long, it will affect the smooth and tender taste. 3. Add cornstarch when marinating the chicken pieces. Therefore, when stir-frying or stewing the chicken pieces, you need to turn them several times to prevent them from sticking to the pan.
